Extracurricular activities help students to be overall healthy

It is important for every student to be mentally and physically fit. Undoubtedly education makes one’s career productive but in order to be physically robust it is also important to get indulged in extracurricular activities. Nowadays school and colleges have started including extracurricular activities as a part of their curriculum. It does not only help students to identify their talent but also they tend to become more confident which enhances the overall personality. It also gives a break from the monotonous routine of classroom. Those students who are good in extracurricular activities are generally more active and spontaneous than other students.

At Jindal Global Law School, there are various extracurricular activities held in the campus to involve students which make them physically fit and active. There are various sports facilities for students like gym, lawn tennis, basket ball, football, badminton, cricket, volleyball, table tennis, etc. which help students to relax their mind. Students who hold interest in sports get a great help from these activities as they tend to enjoy time after the class. In addition to this, it also brings out the talent from students which can be used for their future. By such activities students of JGLS are mentally and physically prepared to face any kind of challenges in life.
